In this class we invite you to join Matthew Venus as he explores the nature of magical symbolism and materia, and how they may be taken hold of and effectively employed within your magic in personally meaningful and powerfully effective ways. We will discuss various examples of amulets and talismans from cultures throughout the world and history in order to understand the methods and magic of this art. We will examine varied examples of magical Sigils, Amulets, Talismans, and their construction. And finally we will discuss methods for the crafting of uniquely personal symbol sets, sigils, and magical scripts which may serve to enrich your magical practice in new and innovative ways.
