We process and pack orders during shop hours Thursday-Sunday, and deliver parcels to the post office Friday, Saturday and Monday. Therefore, please note that expedited shipping options only apply to the parcel once it has been delivered to the carrier.

We make an effort to ship out orders the same week we receive them, but in some cases, especially during product special releases, fulfillment times may be longer. Pre-order items may have different shipping schedules than regular stock items; please read all product info before ordering. If you have a special deadline, please let us know in the Notes section of your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our staff is small and we are constantly multitasking!

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will refund you for that item or, if a close substitute is available, contact you to see if you’re interested in the substitution.

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed when the parcels are delivered to the post office, however they may not be active until the USPS has scanned and processed the parcel, usually by the end of the same business day.

Our website autogenerates delivery times which may not necessarily reflect our current shipping schedule, please refer to your tracking information for detailed delivery estimates. If you have not received a tracking email, please double-check your spam folder.

Please note that international orders sometimes incur import duties or fees that are beyond our control; the customer assumes all responsibility for paying any such duties or fees assessed by the destination country upon arrival.

Return Policy and Damaged Shipments

As a general rule our products are final sale and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items or services. 
If an item is shown to be defective or damaged we will consider issuing a replacement item or store credit on a case by case basis.

If a product is damaged in shipment please retain all packaging to assist in the event of claim filing.
