St. Jude Statue

St. Jude is known as the patron saint of 'the impossible'.. His intercession may be called upon in all cases of extreme need, dire straits and seemingly lost causes. 

St. Jude's iconography includes a flame above his head, showing that he was present at Pentecost; an image of Jesus held to his breast, and a staff, which symbolizes his martyrdom being beaten to death by a mob.
